Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to translate client business objectives into measurable KPIs, configure and manage analytics platforms and custom dashboards, and analyze trends to tell stories of marketing performance across the marketing ecosystem.


The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in digital analytics. He/she must have a passion for making the complex simple and be proficient in analytics platforms. Experience with designing and implementing programs within CRM platforms a plus. This role will work closely with our Connections team of social, PR & media experts.

Preferred platform experience:

  • Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Google Data Studio
  • Sprinklr or similar social platform
  • Cision or similar earned media platform
  • Salesforce or other CRM platform


Respect Your Craft

  • Oversee the design and implementation of an integrated data strategy using best practices for paid, owned and earned channels
  • Provide constant analysis and reporting across all platforms, including QA of data, reporting templates and dashboards
  • Consume, digest and transform raw data all to tell a good story
  • Be an expert in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, pulling and reporting on website data and campaign performance
  • Segment traffic, analyze patterns and use surveys to better understand user behavior
  • Hypothesize ways to improve content performance, and run A/B tests to optimize results
  • Utilize data to connect the dots and provide insightful cross-channel opportunities
    • Channels including programmatic digital media, search, email, social, and website analytics to provide a holistic view of campaign performance
  • Provide data-driven insights to department heads, account leadership, strategy and clients to information and shape connections strategy
  • Develop actionable recommendations for creative team members
  • Be confident in traditional marketing and current trends and innovations in traditional and digital media
  • Assist in teaching and mentoring junior team members with reporting roles
