It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

 

Summary of the Job:

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and drive our brand awareness and growth efforts for Milli through integrated marketing campaigns. You will produce a cohesive, personalized, and consistent experience for our customers and prospects across each stage of the customer journey, while collaborating with the Content Marketing & Social Media Manager and agency partners. As you build a deep understanding of Milli’s customers’ challenges and goals, you will apply best practices, research, and test tactics to achieve acquisition and retention goals that deliver meaningful experiences to our customers.

 

About This Role:

  • Take part in a strong culture of experimentation, measurement, and iteration through developing and executing marketing activities to drive awareness and acquisition growth.
  • Ongoing development, management, and support of customer acquisition across a portfolio of paid channels, websites, and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to improve customer experiences aligned with business goals, including identifying and testing new media, creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
  • Track, report, and present campaign programs and performance with internal stakeholders, regularly applying insights to refine strategies.
  • Work effectively with others to identify challenges, opportunities, and use creative and strategic thinking to generate solutions for short-term and long-term acquisition goals.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the Content Marketing & Social Media Manager, graphic designers, and external agency partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Create assets and resources in support of campaigns that can support and enhance the defined marketing plan.
  • Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects and assets across all devices and formats.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

You might be a good fit for this role if you have

  • 5+ years of successful strategic marketing and growth channel experience
  • A proven track record of execution with the set-up, management, and optimization of campaigns across paid channels such as paid search, paid social media, display, and email
  • Experience managing a marketing or campaign budget
  • Deep experimentation experience translating data into hypotheses, executing A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms
  • An understanding of the full customer journey, including top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and long-term retention
  • Passion for storytelling and consumer psychology to plan revenue generation efforts that deliver the most impactful experience to customers

To excel in this role, you are

  • Able to demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
  • Experienced with digital analytics, performance tracking, and marketing platforms like Google Marketing Suite, Meta Business Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Intercom
  • Able to demonstrate a high-level understanding of SEO and content
  • Experienced with Diversity & Inclusion and Multicultural structure of target audiences
  • Naturally curious with an ability to adapt quickly to new technology and to work within a fast-moving and constantly adapting team

Compensation:  Compensation range (base pay): $71,210.00-$114,158.00

IMPORTANT – This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home – NebraskaFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
