Job Description/Summary:
10/11 News is looking for the right candidate for a rare opportunity to work on our award-winning local Pure Nebraska program, together with other on-air and digital projects, from producing and organizing content to anchoring streaming segments.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Produce 10/11’s Pure Nebraska, a daily ag/lifestyle show
• Search various content sources for stories that fit the Pure Nebraska brand
• Help organize new and archived content to build a digital library of Pure Nebraska stories
• Assist with Pure Nebraska live remote newscasts
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Storytelling or producing experience and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
• Exceptional writing ability, ability to edit video, and on-camera experience
• Interest in the communities, history, and agriculture of Nebraska
• A four-year degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with ENPS, Edius Editing, TVU, ARC Publishing, Sony ENG, Bitcentral a plus
