Social Media Manager

Public Relations · Omaha, Nebraska

Bailey Lauerman is made for America. As a 50 year–old independent agency, based in Omaha, Nebraska we have developed an understanding of a large segment of the population between the coast that is often overlooked by marketers. Misunderstood. Ignored. We call it “The Everything In-Between (EIB)”. With that understanding, we develop work that is smart, respectful, and clever.

As we created our agency positioning around the EIB, we noticed the glaring gap in how brands were leveraging social media influencers to push their products or agendas. Many major influencers show a curated lifestyle of perfection or celebrity-status that is not representative of how most Americans live. To address this gap and to provide our clients a more authentic influencer strategy, we started the Everything In-Between influencer network – a collective of bloggers and tastemakers who represent the pride, values, attitudes and opinions of the 92% of Americans who live outside of our 10 largest cities.

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to join the Connections Team which is comprised of our Public Relations, Social and Media departments.
