Video Producer (Brand Marketing and Communications)

Video Producers concept, manage and produce corporate event and informative scale productions to support company-wide business objectives. These include commercials, product launches, documentaries, live events, short films, and educational training videos for internal company-wide and web-based distribution. Multi-faceted, Video Producers are gifted storytellers and talented design technicians who understand and incorporate cinematic techniques, motion graphics and navigate the complexities of pre and post-production. They use a robust portfolio of skills to creatively concept, storyboard, gather content, design, direct, edit and ultimately execute targeted and effectively branded video products.


  • Create conceptual storyboards and provide contemporary design executions and copywriting support for a broad array of company-wide video presentations.
  • Coordinate and implement production throughout the life of a project while managing customer expectations, production schedules and timelines.
  • Consult with Corporate SBU, Brand Management and Creative Services partners to develop and ensure strategic digital/video solutions that meet business/marketing communication objectives.
  • Maintain and operate a variety of video equipment, sound recording devices, edit footage, and stay up to date with technological and creative advances in animation, digital recording and non-linear editing software.
  • Arrange, manage and direct onsite and offsite video productions shoots (locations, lighting, freelance talent, crew, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with team members on regular intervals and motivate project team to deliver best in quality and appropriately branded products.
  • Arrange funding for each project and be responsible for keeping production within the allocated budget.
  • Perform analysis of completed videos and effectively present metrics and insights to key stakeholders.

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.
  • Bachelor’s degree (communication and media studies; photography/film/television; information technology/multimedia; broadcasting) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years design and video production experience.
  • Strong interviewing skills, accomplished with interpersonal relationships and ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and outside contacts.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize work and oversee projects from conception to completion with experience in the marketing and distribution processes.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and ideas and explain in clear concise language.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with a variety of personalities and work styles.
  • Demonstrated experience with internet marketing videos including transactional videos, aimed at selling a product to a customer, and reference videos, aimed at keeping the customer on the website.
  • Versed in digital recording formats — strong experience with video compression, encoding, and transcoding practices as well as digital video standards and transport protocols.
  • Extensive knowledge of 2D and 3D animation and proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition and Adobe Media Encoder. Other non-linear effect programs a plus.
  • Exceptional sensitivity to typography.


  • Motion graphic/animation experience.
  • Proven sense of visual design.
  • Demonstrated passion for cinematography, photography, and typography and a clear interest in motion graphics and related.
  • Implementation sensitivity to Brand Guidelines (i.e., use of specific type styles, colors, grid systems, photographic styles and logo usage).

  • Salary Range: $62,654 – $81,451.
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
