Survey Now Open: UCLA Study on the Gender Pay Gap in Advertising
The first academic study on the gender pay gap in advertising in more than 30 years has been launched by Jess Watts, Brand Director, and Nancy Wayne PhD, UCLA.
AAF members are invited to assist in the research by taking the anonymous survey, which aims to understand the extent of the gender pay gap among advertising professionals, as well as perceptions surrounding it. American advertising professionals from all identities, backgrounds, roles and circumstances are invited to participate, as diversity of experience is critical to the study’s success.
Learnings from the academic study will be shared with AAF members when the study concludes.
