Job Title: Account Manager

Employer: Constellation Collective

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

The Account Manager is the primary manager of client relations and everyday agency projects. You will work directly as the point person for Constellation Collective clients to coordinate projects, run meetings, and ensure profitably on designated accounts. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer while collaborating with the Chief Creative Officer, Chief Media Officer, and others to evolve projects from ideas to finished products.

Work Responsibilities:

Project Coordination – Assess the needs of the client and make recommendations on practical solutions. Relay requests and details to Constellation Collective team members, assuring quality standards and deadlines are met before presenting to the client. Own the use of our company’s project management software and platforms.

 

📞 Client Communication – Host regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients and team members. Regularly respond in a timely manner to requests and gather project information as needed. Drive efficiency and clarity with actionable takeaways.

 

📈 Account Profitability – Manage time and billing of involved teammates to ensure projects stay on task and are profitable to the agency. Make smart and informed recommendations to build client trust and grow accounts. Create and manage monthly invoices for the accounts you work on.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience (agency experience preferred but not required)

– Strong project management and collaboration skills

– Proficiency in programs within Microsoft Office, Google Suite and more

– A desire to learn and grow

– Can meet deadlines and be available when needed
