We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in executing digital marketing initiatives, including creating ads, managing traffic orders, and optimizing online content across multiple platforms. This role balances digital traffic management and creative marketing, providing a well-rounded opportunity to develop expertise in both areas. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Job Description
Digital Traffic Management:
- Place and manage digital traffic orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Analyze data and optimize performance to meet campaign goals.
- Assist in generating digital reporting on various campaigns.
Website Content Management & Updates:
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website.
- Assist with the execution of in-house company promotions/marketing campaigns.
Ad Copywriting & Creative Design:
- Design visually compelling, results-driven advertising content, including animated graphics, that effectively combines strategic messaging with engaging design.
- Export and optimize final creative assets for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to platform specifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Programmatic Advertising.
- Ability to craft compelling ad copy and assist in creative asset development.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and traffic orders effectively.
- Proficient in various ad design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, or other industry-standard tools, to produce high-quality, engaging advertisements.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be highly self-motivated, able to manage time effectively, and stay on track while working independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating efficiently with a team when needed.
