- Execute projects with direction from Directors and Senior Designers
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You are constantly filled with new ideas and can bring them to life
- Ability to execute all phases of the design process, from concept to completion
- You possess strong and consistent verbal and written communication skills
- You are self-motivated and require minimal direction to get jobs done
- Design tools across all media, including print, digital, social, environmental, and motion
- Participate effectively and confidently in brainstorming sessions with design team and consult with clients and colleagues
- Great layout and typography skills!
- Adhere to project deadlines
- Experience with print, digital and presentation design
- Basic level knowledge in the areas of consumer marketing, informational graphics, identity and brand development
- Able to receive constructive feedback
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Or equivalent education and experience required.
- 1 year of experience as a Junior Designer, or equivalent experience in internships.
- A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creative thinking, yet professional acumen
- High level of proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Experience with HTML, HTML5, Style sheets, Sketch or other tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Prepress is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics is a big plus
