Job Summary/Description:
If you love sales and you have experience selling directly to decision makers (jewelry, clothing, automotive, insurance or something else), we have a tremendous broadcast and digital sales career waiting for you in our Central Nebraska location. The stations’ proprietary digital products, along with a full suite of digital capabilities including targeted display and video, social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, SEM/PPC & Premion OTT.
Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
– Achieve individual revenue budgets (television stations and digital properties)
– Develop and maximize revenue from existing clients
– Develop and maintain good agency/account relationships
– Develop new local advertisers to the station
– Provide on-going customer service to all clients
– Interact with other departments at the station to ensure that the client(s) receive a good buying experience from the minute they say yes until the bill is paid in full.
– Accurate and timely paperwork and on-going communication with clients, managers and co-workers
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Minimum of a high school diploma (college degree is preferred)
– Prior advertising sales experience preferred (television, digital, radio, print, etc.)
– Proficiency in math, writing, listening and verbal communication skills
– Must possess good speaking and presentation skills
– Organization and time management skills
– Have a pleasant personality and social skills
– Must maintain business-like and professional dress and appearance
– Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable automobile
