American Advertising AwardsThe winning campaigns from the 2015 American Advertising Awards ranged from anti-domestic violence messages to mobile apps like Fart Code, that ingeniously encourages kids to pay attention to nutrition labels. One of the most talked about campaigns this year, “Like A Girl”, took home the People’s Choice Award, while Best of Show went to Leo Burnett Chicago for “Unthink Magritte”. Among many noteworthy creatives, the Student Best of Show was awarded to Ihsuan Yeh & Elizabeth Hemingway, Academy of Art University.Congratulations again to all who entered! Salute to Achievers
The Salute to Achievers Luncheon celebrated the winners of the AAF National Club Achievement Awards and honored this year’s Silver Medal winners from across the country, along with the recipients of the Betty Riehl Excellence in Service Award and the Chic Davis Memorial Award, as well as the American Advertising Awards Incentive Winners.

Ad 2 Public Service Competition
Ad 2 Tampa Bay was named the Ad 2 National Public Service Competition winners for 2014-2015. The campaign “Make I.T. Happen” campaign for the deserving and inspiring client, Computer Mentors. Barton A. Cummings
Gold Medal Award
Jeffrey Delong, Senior Technology Manager at Jumpstart Automotive Group, and longtime member of the American Advertising Federation, was chosen to receive the 2015 Barton A. Cummings Gold Medal Award. For the past 17 years, Jeffrey has devoted his time and talents to many different programs, leadership roles and committees giving AAF countless hours of volunteer time. In the true spirit of the award, Jeffrey is one of the distinguished individuals that the award recognizes for volunteer service to advertising through volunteer work with the AAF.
