Four Omaha Marketing Communications Groups Coming Together to Present the ON Brand Conference

PRSA, AAF, AMA and AIGA are hosting the inaugural event on July 26

OMAHA, Neb. (May 1, 2018) – Four professional groups in Omaha announced today that they will be presenting a new conference in the area called ON Brand. The local chapters of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), American Advertising Federation (AAF), American Marketing Association (AMA), and AIGA Nebraska are coming together on July 26, 2018 to host marketing communication professionals from across the region as they learn about the challenges facing today’s professionals. ON Brand marks the first time all three groups are working together to create an event.

“We’re excited to be working together with professionals in these areas, because we do work so closely together in our careers,” said Lauren Fischer, ON Brand Chair for PRSA. “When a trend happens in one of our industries, it affects the others as well.”

Speakers are being invited from across the country to share their knowledge of branding, strategy, social media, and more tactics that are used in the field. A full lineup will be announced later this month. Attendees will walk away armed with tactics and skills to use in their future projects.

“We wanted to create something that would be meaningful across the board and would resonate with a wide audience,” said Lisa Healy, AAF’s First Vice President. “Coming together with these organizations has broadened our perspectives and opened new doors for all groups involved.”

“Our industries are colliding more than ever,” said Alycia Zabrocki, AMA’s Vice President of External Events. “Sharing knowledge and ideas across these fields is a great bridge to understanding and building teams to create new products.”

Registration is now open. To learn more and purchase tickets, please visit ONBrandcon.com.
