Nebraska Public Media is seeking an experienced and dynamic Radio Talk Show Host/Producer to help launch and shape a new daily news and talk show.
This is an exciting opportunity for a media professional with a strong background in journalism, news, and current affairs who is passionate about meaningful storytelling, thoughtful conversations, and engaging audiences across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hosting and producing a daily talk show for radio and digital audiences.
- Leading editorial direction and developing compelling, news-driven content.
- Conducting insightful interviews with newsmakers, experts, and community leaders.
- Researching timely topics and developing engaging discussions on issues that matter to Nebraskans.
- Collaborating with and mentoring production staff to deliver high-quality programming.
We are looking for a professional with strong news judgment, exceptional interviewing skills, and experience in broadcast journalism and content production.
