Preliminary Covid-19 Protocol & Safety Measures
It is suggested that you not attend the Omaha Health Expo if, during the 14 days prior to this event, you have:
- Traveled to a country designated by the CDC as Level 2 or higher
- Been on a Cruise Ship
- Spent significant time in any other area identified as a containment zone
- Been to a place where travel restrictions have been implemented
- Been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with corona virus
- Had symptoms, such as:
o Fever
o Cough
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Chills or Muscle Pain
o Sore Throat or New loss of taste or smell
o Gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
During this Event, we will be taking the following precautionary measures
- We will follow Social Distancing Guidelines
- All staff and exhibitors will be wearing Masks and request all attendees do the same
- Temperature taking Check Points
- Hand Sanitizing Stations throughout
- A “No Hand-Shake Policy” while practicing good Hygiene
- Promoting of a healthy distance of the recommended 6 ft
- No social congregating at any area of the Expo
- Staff & Exhibitors to continue sanitizing all areas on a regular basis during the Expo
We will continue to carefully monitor the situation and do everything possible to ensure the Omaha Health Expo is held in a safe manner. We will follow all federal, state and local health department guidelines so we all can participate with a feeling of safety and confidence.
