Omaha, Neb. (June 17, 2020) – Mid-America Expositions, Inc. is excited to announce The 13th Annual Omaha Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo – the Mind-Body-Spirit Fair, is now scheduled for Saturday, July 11th & Sunday, July 12th, 2020, at the Baxter Arena.

Preliminary Covid-19 Protocol & Safety Measures

It is suggested that you not attend the Omaha Health Expo if, during the 14 days prior to this event, you have:

  • Traveled to a country designated by the CDC as Level 2 or higher
  • Been on a Cruise Ship
  • Spent significant time in any other area identified as a containment zone
  • Been to a place where travel restrictions have been implemented
  • Been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with corona virus
  • Had symptoms, such as:

o   Fever

o   Cough

o   Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

o   Chills or Muscle Pain

o   Sore Throat or New loss of taste or smell

o   Gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

During this Event, we will be taking the following precautionary measures

  • We will follow Social Distancing Guidelines
  • All staff and exhibitors will be wearing Masks and request all attendees do the same
  • Temperature taking Check Points
  • Hand Sanitizing Stations throughout
  • A “No Hand-Shake Policy” while practicing good Hygiene
  • Promoting of a healthy distance of the recommended 6 ft
  • No social congregating at any area of the Expo
  • Staff & Exhibitors to continue sanitizing all areas on a regular basis during the Expo

We will continue to carefully monitor the situation and do everything possible to ensure the Omaha Health Expo is held in a safe manner. We will follow all federal, state and local health department guidelines so we all can participate with a feeling of safety and confidence.
