As a creative industry, we are at our best when we listen, learn, and collaborate with people whose experiences and perspectives may differ from our own. Diversity of thought and the essence of creativity come from diversity of background.
That commitment goes beyond words. At AAF Nebraska, board members and committee leaders continue working to expand opportunities and create meaningful pathways into advertising, marketing, media, and communications for individuals across Nebraska.
From statewide programming access and recruiting diverse talent for speaking and judging engagements, to educational outreach, scholarship opportunities, and the creation of Nebraska-specific Mosaic Award within the American Advertising Awards, AAF Nebraska is intentional about building a more welcoming and representative industry.
The American Advertising Federation also continues to strengthen these efforts nationally through programs and initiatives like the Mosaic Center on Multiculturalism, the Most Promising Multicultural Students Program, and additional industry resources designed to increase representation and opportunity across advertising and marketing.
AAF Nebraska also believes it is important to celebrate and elevate the DEI efforts of members and partners who are helping move the industry forward every day.
