In the new role of Director of Marketing, Katie Herzog supports Ervin & Smith’s growth and leads the marketing team, taking charge of strategies for the agency and its roster of clients. She develops and oversees comprehensive digital marketing plans – conducting research, delivering measurable results and managing the needs and goals of her department along the way.
She expertly partners with the agency’s clients to optimize their brand presence, achieve fluidity across multiple communications channels and provide top value for their budgets. She brings practical logistics and sound strategy to the table in order to help the agency’s internal teams execute creative ideas for national brands.
Herzog joined the agency in 2011 as an account executive and was quickly promoted to senior account executive. In her most recent role as account director, she developed and oversaw the execution of award-winning creative concepts for financial services, health care and B2B clients.
Herzog graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a bachelor’s of journalism degree in advertising. She is the immediate past president of the Omaha chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a member of the American Marketing Association.
