Five Things You Didn’t Know About Robert Richardson

Hello! My name Robert Richardson and I’m the Coordinator of Business Development / Partner at A&K Marketing, Inc. I grew up in Crawford located in northwest Nebraska and graduated from University of Nebraska at Kearney, majoring in Business Administration. I spent twelve years in the Air National Guard as a Crew Chief and received an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force.

I took an unusual path before I started working full time at the ad agency with my wife Rhonda Richardson. I worked for two fortune 500 Communication Services Providers as an Account Executive providing customized voice and data solutions for 20 years. Last August 2015 I joined our Ad Agency full time. I also joined AAF in March of 2016 and volunteered for the OAX Planning Committee. AAFO teams up with the Greater Omaha Postal Council to put on the Omaha Advertising Expo event annually.

What do you do in your free time? Any hobbies?
I like to deer hunt on the family ranch in Northwest Nebraska. I also enjoy dirt bike and 4 wheeler (ATV) riding with my son. I have a pilot’s license, but don’t fly anymore because of the expense.

Cats or dogs?
Dogs.

What’s your favorite place to vacation?
Folly Beach, Charleston, SC

Favorite AAF event to attend?
Enjoy the Networking events, however the AdWars event is my favorite.

Favorite brand mascot?
Kool-Aid-Man …… because it reminds of 70’s and 80’s.
