The Nebraska Legislature ended their second session on August 14, 2020. During this session they reviewed 483 bills and passed 49 on to Governor Pete Ricketts for approval. The next session will start January 6, 2021.
We are now in a very active political season with the general election on November 3, 2020. The deadline to register to vote is October 16, 2020. If you are not registered and live in Nebraska, click here to register, and if you miss the deadline, you can still register in person. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is October 23, 2020 and it must be returned by November 2, 2020.
Make sure your voice is heard and get out and vote!
