Oath Earns Top Honors As “Best Place To Work” In Omaha

By Hobson Powell, VP of Optimization Services, Omaha

We’re proud to announce that Best Place to Work Omaha has awarded Oath with top honors for the second consecutive year. Announced today by the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, the award is determined exclusively based on employee responses to surveys and participation in the Chamber’s program for at least four years.

We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that not only promotes hard work, but fun — we want our employees to be able to focus on and excel at the work that inspires them, while having the ability to have a good time and get creative.

We’re also incredibly passionate about creating a space that’s not only diverse, but inclusive. At our Omaha offices, people of all different backgrounds are not only welcome, but heard and supported. In April of last year, the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference awarded Oath Omaha the “Best Place to Work for the Advancement of Women” due to our commitment to women’s growth and advancement in the workplace.

Our employees also know that Oath’s commitment to Omaha and the surrounding areas goes well beyond the walls of our campuses. Just this past July, The Omaha Parents Employee Resource Group at Oath sponsored a Christmas in July Diaper Drive, where 150 employees of the Omaha and La Vista offices collected almost 19,000 diapers to benefit local non-profit Open Door Mission. In May, we partnered with Habitat for Humanity to donate property to a deserving family in the Omaha area.

We will continue to prioritize giving back so that our employees can continue to come to work everyday knowing the company they work for truly cares about Omaha, or as we like to call it “home.”

Creating an engaging and inclusive work culture for our over 300 employees (and growing!) at our Omaha and La Vista campuses is our top priority, and it’s an honor to be recognized by the Omaha Chamber of Commerce for our efforts. We dedicate this award to the employees who make Oath Omaha what it is: this year’s “Best Place to Work.”
