OMAHA, Nebraska, August 5, 2025 — Smith Kroeger, a 63-year old, full-service advertising agency, has acquired Redstone Communications Group (RCG) from Jim Svoboda and Stacy Vance.  The transaction is effective immediately.

“We have long admired the team and the work at RCG, and noted the similar cultures between our two companies,” said Terry Kroeger, CEO of Smith Kroeger.  “We are grateful for the opportunity to combine these two firms, scaling both for the future.  We thank Jim and Stacy for working with us to make this possible.”

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  Kroeger said that no staff reductions are planned in conjunction with the sale.

“RCG and Smith Kroeger share long histories of high integrity, innovation, and value,” said Jim Svoboda, President and CEO of RCG. “Joining forces makes great sense and we’re confident it’s going to deliver real benefits for our clients and our team members.”
